Bringing the Community Together to End Family Homelessness
The ability to end family homelessness in the Midlands rests largely on the creation of a fully functioning continuum of providers that meets homeless families where they are with the services they need. Each month providers across Columbia gather to talk about the issues these families face, to profile existing resources and to identify gaps in the system that must be filled. Called The Roundtable, the outcome of each is a practical report used by providers and families who are trying to navigate a system that can quickly become cumbersome and difficult.
This is an ongoing initiative, and the work done to date is outlined below. Each document may be downloaded in pdf format.
